vic
In Alfred 2, I have a lot of Hotkey > Launch Apps/Files workflows, where I use global hotkeys to open/switch-between applications. I've noticed a slight delay (~200ms) between triggering a hotkey combination (⇧^C) and its corresponding Action (showing Chrome) taking place. I still have Alfred 1.3.3 (267) installed, and when I use that instead (making sure to not run both versions side-by-side), the delay is not there. It's much snappier. Alfred 2.0.1 (173) OS X 10.8.3 Aside from that, love the new Alfred Link to comment
Andrew
In Alfred 2, I have a lot of Hotkey > Launch Apps/Files workflows, where I use global hotkeys to open/switch-between applications. I've noticed a slight delay (~200ms) between triggering a hotkey combination (⇧^C) and its corresponding Action (showing Chrome) taking place. Aside from that, love the new Alfred When editing the hotkey in v2, right click on the hotkey field and set the trigger mode to fastest, it will then be instant. The default mode in v2 makes sure that the mod keys are released before triggering, which makes the hotkey more predictable in certain circumstances. Cheers, Andrew Note: I've moved this to v2 Discussion so others can see it too Link to comment

cvb
This option definitely should be more noticeable, default behaviour is very annoying when hotkeys are used for some interactive things like input language switch. Link to comment
dixhuit
Just came here looking for the same thing. How was I to know about right clicking on the field??? Thanks though but yes, a more obvious UI would really help here Link to comment
