Could a different icon be used for them? I can see what you're saying; the icons for playlists and playlist folders are indeed the same. I've added a ticket for Andrew to look at improving this in a future release, so I'm moving this thread to Feature Suggestions in the meantime. For now, the easiest workaround is to ensure your folder has a different name to the playlist, as the playlist folder is treated by Alfred in the same way as a standard playlist and the music will start playing as expected.
