This sounds like a corrupt download. Try quitting Alfred and re-downloading from http://alfredapp.com. Unzip and replace Alfred 2 in /Applications.

 I tried to download and Unzip about 3 or 4 times. Every time - empty Features. I tried to clear folders using these commands

sudo rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred-2.plist
sudo rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred-Preferences.plist
sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred-2
sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Alfred\ 2

Could you also confirm you're using the OS X built-in unzipping tool and not a third-party unzipper?
