Clipboard Manager stopped working

The Alfred 2 Clipboard Manager stopped working for me last weekend. I keep copied textual content, but it won't appear in the manager's history. I have also removed the file ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred 2/Databases/clipboard.alfdb, restarted Alfred2, reinstalled Alfred2, but nothing seemed to work. What did I miss?

EDIT:

My Alfred2 build: v2.6 (374)

Mac OS X build: 10.10.2

Was Alfred quit when you removed the clipboard.alfdb file? If so, when restarting Alfred, did this file get recreated?

Cheers,

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

yes, Alfred was quit. I deleted the clipboard.alfdb file, restarted Alfred (the file was recreated with a size of 20480 bytes) but still no luck

Best,

Constantin

Strange - could you try disabling it in Alfred's Features > Clipboard preferences, then re-enabling it and perhaps changing the amount of time it's persisted for.

Also, could you double check that the time is correctly set on your Mac... If it's wrong, clipboard entries could be being purged from the db before you are seeing them.

Cheers,

Andrew

That was the culprit. There was no check mark next to "Clipboard History", so I though it'll persist with no time restriction when I checked the prefs the last time. Weird though why the setting disappeared in the first place.

Anyways, thanks so much for helping out and kudos to this awesome tool!
