Selecting multiple items in workflows?

What do I need to do to select multiple items in a workflow? Trying to click+drag, shift+click, cmd+click doesn't seem to allow me to highlight multiple items like Triggers, Inputs, Actions, Outputs -- they need to be moved one-by-one. This makes it very difficult to re-arrange and copy/paste specific items between workflows.
