clavichord93
In the current Alfred, dictionary define was displayed as subtext. However, it is the definition we are looking for and it is not so wise to open a new dictionary window to get the definition. So can the definition be displayed in a different way? Maybe like Spotlight, it is good. Or have some hotkeys to activate Preview?

axot
Any progress? Current dictionary is useless. I like the spotlight way too. (Using Command + L to show the definition of word) Edited September 19, 2016 by axot
Andrew
While I'm aware that this would be useful, Apple currently have the APIs for accessing the formatted dictionary entry as private, which makes me very reluctant to add them into Alfred (for stability and future proofing). I do have an internal note for this and am keeping it in my consideration list though. Cheers, Andrew
