Catalina 10.15.1 Alfred 4.0.6 b1124 Something weird is going on with Icons for a few of the built-in System Preference prefPanes. For example, "Bluetooth" or "Internet Accounts". When I search Spotlight for these, the proper icon is displayed. But, in Alfred, only a generic icon is shown: vs and vs I notice even in Finder, the generic icons are shown: Only Spotlight and the System Preferences.app itself seem capable of showing the right icon. I opened the Contents folder of the prefPane bundle to investigate. It seems like Info.plist contained within specifies icons via keys such as "NSPrefPaneIconFile" and "CFBundleIconFile" but even in that case, the file referenced doesn't seem to exist on the filesystem anywhere that I can find. E.g. for Bluetooth, NSPrefPaneIconFile = "BluetoothAqua.png" —but that file doesn't exist. Similarly, Internet Accounts specifies "InternetAccountsIcons.icns" and "InternetAccountsIcon40.png" as icons, but these are nowhere to be found: What's going on here? I know this isn't really a bug in Alfred but it started with 10.15 and I wonder if anyone knows about these generic icons or where the resources are coming from...

    KeePassXC Integration

Hello, I created a workflow that allows to list the entries of a KeePassXC database and retrieve the password for an entry. You can find it here: https://github.com/Angoll/KPass I've been using Alfred for a while, basic functions without entering into the workflows world, but recently I'm switching to KeePassXC to store my passwords and I created the workflow to help with the change. I saw that there is some demand of a workflow that this one but no one created it. It uses the keepassxc-cli to access password database and Keychain to secure store the password for the keychain. All code is written in bash and AppleSript (JS) for the configuration setup. Keychain Tip: if you create a new keychain and enable the auto-lock after X time, it will prompt for the password. Or modify the Access Control of the KPass_AlfredWorkflow to ask for key always. Any feedback is welcome ☺️ - Dependencies: Apart from Alfred and KeePassXC no external dependencies are required. - Regarding Security: Security is a big concert for all, so all code of this workflow is plain text, you are welcome to check it. Feel free to reach me if you improve it. - Screenshots: Example of listing entries of a database KPass Configuration Script, this will prompt to select the database, keychain and password to configure the integration.

Possible to wildcard match snippet keywords?

I want to run a program every time I type something like ";today;" But is there any way right now to do a pattern matched snippet so that I could have a snippet using regex like ";.*;" ? Basically I want to make a date workflow where if I type in ";tomorrow;" it will replace that text with tomorrow's date. This seems like it would be a lot more seamless to use rather than having to cmd+space to bring up alfred, typing in the workflow keyword, and then typing in "tomorrow".

To get a list of the UTIs known to the system, run the following in a shell: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -dump | grep '[[:space:]]uti:' | awk '{ print $2 }' | sort | uniq

@alfredpleb Sorry for the delay on that. I haven't released PrefsPlus (yet) ... although I am continuing to use it and it's working well (for me). I'd like to share it. Would you mind testing it out to see if it works for you before I release it widely? I could send you a link via PM.
