As an update for anyone on the macOS Monterey 12.3 beta (or for future users who come across this once 12.3 goes to general availability): Python 2 is no longer included from macOS Monterey 12.3 onwards, so if a workflow you're using is affected, take a look at the Python 2 & Monterey Knowledgebase here. @vitor has also created a thread where you can suggest workflows that would benefit from being updated to work on Monterey 12.3+: A better solution is certainly for the original workflow creator to update their workflow, but understandably, not all workflows are actively maintained, so Vitor is there to help. @iJemz Where do your files go when downloaded? Always in the Downloads folder? You could create a two-objects workflow to open your Downloads folder in Alfred's File Navigation, sorted by Last Modified (keyword + browse in Alfred) Or you could create a File Filter with a few paths in the search scope, sorted by Last Modified and perhaps with the date range limited to today so it's most focused? You could then type your keyword followed by either part of the name of the file if you remember what you're looking for, or just a space to get all relevant results from the most recent one. Let me know if you need help creating either of these workflow options As for Google Drive, an update by Google a few months ago has caused Spotlight and macOS to stop indexing the files. @ADeeJay When you type just "bm", do you see the "Search Bookmarks..." prompt before it goes to your fallback searches? Could you also please remove and re-grant Alfred Full Disk Access? It may be that your permissions have been corrupted in Monterey, and re-granting will allow Alfred to access your bookmarks data once again: https://www.alfredapp.com/help/getting-started/permissions/#full-disk Let me know how you get on. @jmonda @RCL @dtoub As you may know, Apple only officially announced that Python 2 was being removed last Friday, less than a week ago. While it was on the cards for a long time, Apple doesn't give developers advance notice on changes like these, so it was as much of a surprise for us as for you. There's no need to worry at all though; We're here to help. We'll be keeping an eye on which workflows need updating and, where it's needed, we'll help update them or create new alternative workflows where possible.

@Vinny If you add the location and ensure that OneDrive re-downloads all files locally, other users have reported it's working for them since the OneDrive change. @justaboutdavid Do you have any files within Alfred's search scope with any of the tags you've typed? @maikfrank If you update to the 4.6.3 pre-release, the new location for OneDrive has been added by default. If you have modified your search scope in Features > Default Results, this won't be added automatically, but you can add in ~/Library/CloudStorage/ which will include the new OneDrive path. @Monroe If you haven't yet enabled the feature @vitor is referring to, open Alfred's preferences to the Advanced prefs and check the two boxes next to "History". @Undertaker01 Do you back up your Mac using TimeMachine or other backup software? If so, you'll be able to recover your Remote page from a backup there. The files are in Alfred.alfredpreferences/remote/pages/ Files are stored as .data, and the pages.data XML file contains a reference to all the pages, so you'll need to restore both of these. Note that if you've added new pages since, you'll need to manually edit the pages.data file, but if you look at the structure, it's very simple so you should be able to copy and paste one of the lines. Backup your preferences for safety before making any of the changes above. Cheers, Vero

For users who are popping into this thread from January 2022 onwards: Microsoft recently changed the location of the OneDrive folder to be inside ~/Library/CloudStorage/ Adding the path above to your search scope in Alfred's Preferences > Default Results > Search Scope will allow you to once again find your OneDrive files. Here's how you can access your Library folder if you're not familiar with accessing hidden folders. Cheers, Vero

Is the path you added where the files are really stored, or a symlinked/alias location? If it's the latter, what is the actual file storage location? OneDrive released the change mere days ago, so it may take a few days and the help of a few community members to work out exactly what the implications of these changes will be. For example, we have now established the new location of the OneDrive data, for which there's an easy solution; Adding the new location to the search scope. If there are specific issues with search you're experiencing, do share them (with as much background information as possible) and we'll always be happy to help you work out what's happening. @ilmonito Try right-clicking the workflow in the sidebar and choosing "Reveal in Finder"; You should then be able to delete it manually. Is OneDrive set to store your files locally or cloud-only? In any case, I would encourage you to back up your Alfred preferences to avoid future issues. Cheers, Vero

@drjmcmillan Microsoft have just announced major changes to their products over the past few days, which is likely the source of your issue. From Microsoft's own OneDrive announcement page's comments section: "Spotlight can no longer index the folders, well maybe it will, but the ability to search has gone for the time being until, if, it sorts itself out. This is a major failing.” As far as I can see, it may be as simple as adding ~/Library/CloudStorage to your search scope, so could you please try this? [Edited to add: The issue you're linking to is a bug in macOS Monterey's Migration Assistant and is documented here. With the help of our wonderful community, we were able to establish what the issue was, and provide workaround solutions to the macOS bug.] Cheers, Vero

It should continue to work provided you're using the legacy Evernote version, from before they switched to Electron. When Evernote switched to Electron, they stopped supporting AppleScript, which is needed for the workflow. Can you clarify what this is in response to? If you're seeing new items added in 1PW are shown in Alfred's list, then Alfred's looking at the right collection. Please be more specific as to which items aren't found or what the issue is because based on the information and screenshots you provided, 1. Alfred is listing the correct items and 2. Bookmarks are shown in your Alfred results when you use the keyword "1p". Have you tried typing "1p" followed by the name of the bookmark you need rather than "1p" on its own?

All I offered was a different workflow, which I knew worked as I created it. It's likely the original file from Packal was corrupted, and re-downloading it fixed the issue. Glad you're all sorted.
