  1. This used to be my default, but after having to do a reinstall, searching goes to Google (without DuckDuckGo even showing up in the list). I've disabled Google (and many other) search engines in the Web Search preferences, but still get Google, Amazon, and Wikipedia as options, not DuckDuckGo.
  2. Thanks. I missed the options at the bottom of that pane when looking for it.
  3. All the previous help topics on menu bar icons that I found reference a preference panel checkbox that isn't present in my Alfred preferences (and looks like it dates back to 2013 or so). With my MacBookPro's eyebrow and the proliferation of menubar icons, I don't have the real estate for the Alfred hat (nor ever use it, thanks to the shortcut). How can I turn it off to free up space?
  4. I unchecked the enable boxes for all Google and Amazon searches, but when I search, I only get Google, Amazon and Wiki options, and no DuckDuckGo (or other) searches. This worked perfectly before I lost my preferences. What am I doing wrong? Is it possible to delete Google search entirely?
  5. Thanks. I'm good to go now with my folder.
  6. I'd like to create a text triggered short-cut to go to a folder within Alfred, so that if I enter "/MyTrigger" into Alfred, it's the same as typing "/Users/Me/Documents/My Triggered Folder." I don't want to set a hot-key since I'd be navigating within that folder. E.g., I might enter "/MyTrigger/File I Want" or "MyTrigger/Sub Folder." Is this possible?
