Show system commands before applications

Perhaps it was the latest macos update, now when I run the system command {shutdown} a MacOS utliity is displayed first {Migration Assistant}. This is odd itself, since I am only typing the letters 'shut'. So this had me thinking, can I re-order the way Alfred suggests things? Show system commands before applications. I don't want to ignore applcations/utilities, just have them be displayed after system commands. Thanks

just tried the workflow and it does not recognize the new magic keyboard or magic trackpad2. I am also on OSX 10.11.
