+1 here – it looks like MacOS 12.3 has removed both Python 2 and PHP, and the current Hue script will need work to migrate to them.
There's an issue report on https://github.com/benknight/hue-alfred-workflow/issues/64, though no ETA for a fix (given the developer doesn't have Hue lights any more).
