I tried to fix disk, without success. Then I remove the whole Alfred using CleanApp and install alfred. The problem is gone, and I am happy now.

Yes, it creates "hello" file in /tmp.

I am happy with Alfred 2. But after I upgrade to OS X 10.11.2, evernote workflow did NOT work.
