Can I have Alfred automatically search incoming documents

Can I set up a keyword list, and have Alfred automatically search documents (typically PDF) when they are downloaded? Something that would function like Google alerts, but for my documents. Spotlight would also work, if it could be set up with a keyword list and would scan all incoming documents. Any ideas? Thank you, Gerry
