AFAIK, Alfred doesn't write a log as such. The action history data are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred 3/Databases/actions.alfdb, which is an sqlite database.
By the looks of it, you'll also have to parse the info.plist files in all your workflows to dig out the workflow/action names (the database contains their UIDs).
