Replace Utility set to “Replace regex (.{16})(.*) with $1-$2”.

Copy to Clipboard Output (check Automatically paste to frontmost app).

@MVR London Did you type "reload" into Alfred? This will refresh the app cache for any apps that may no longer exist in the old location.
