So I stole some codes and put it together. The file is hosted on GitHub right now: The LaTeX Subsitutions.plist comes from LaTeXSubstitutionPlist. The original Python script comes from alfred-snippets, and I modified it to fit my need. Use it as normal LaTeX symbols but adding a backslash \ to complete the shortcut to prevent conflicts.
