I have a follow up questions: like I said before the file filter searches a shared folder (afp). What I've noticed now is that the first time I type keyword and an argument there are no results, but if I press the backspace a couple of times and start typing again the results show up as expected. Any way around this? Also, I think the recently opened feature per app is not working for files located on the share?

Thanks for the reply. That's a shame, but I figured out a way to use the recent items workflow I found on the forums. Works pretty well so far.

I'm using the app "workflow" to copy specific text to the clipboard and to open alfred remote. Then I can trigger a remote action which uses the clipboard content. It's pretty useful for my use case and could be a workaround for passing along text to alfred. (only possible with the universal clipboard introduced with macOS Sierra).

Hello everyone, I set up a file filter to search a shared afp volume on my server. Now I would like alfred to show a selection of (or all folders) located on the volume as soon as I type the keyword for the file filter. Is that possible? Thanks! Philipp
