This looks great - but due to my security settings I get '“notificator.app” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.' Where do I find notificator.app so I can enable it ?

I've been very happy to use keyboard based navigation tools and Alfred seperately. Tools like Vimium and Shortcat are great, but they are seperate tools that can add a new language to learn. Is there any chance that Alfred might work to implement a mode or feature set for general navigation ?
