Ahhh..... very nice anyone looking to solve the issue with it not working while syncing there is a solution. http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/2185-transmit-favorites-workflow-works-with-mas-version/ Since bigluck has the #1 spot for Google results perhaps a pull request, credit and a merge would work for the both of you guys.

Is this going to get updated for Dropbox syncing? Also I disabled mine and it still doesn't work can't figure out what the hell is going on :-/
