I'm trying to determine if Alfred is capable of helping me with this task. As a part of my job, I regularly have to copy/paste specific content over and over to different places such as HTML files, web forms and spreadsheets. The projects I work on involve building a series of emails for my clients. The copy for the emails is written in a Word doc. Each email has a subject, segment, and a number. An example would be - Welcome To College - Introduction - 1. This is the Email subject, followed by the segment, followed by the message number. Throughout an average project I have to place these 3 items in multiple locations. Sometimes it's in this order - Subject, segment, number and sometimes not. Sometimes I only need the segment and number. I'm trying to figure out how Alfred could help with this. I know it can store items from the clipboard, has auto expander, and workflows. I'm hoping someone might have some thoughts on how Alfred can help so that I'm not constantly having to open my Word doc and repeatedly copy/paste this info out to other things. Thanks!
