I realized that when I run a workflow with includes an open file action it runs well but after running the workflow the clipboard content is modified and the name of the file is added to it. For example:
 
1. I copy to clipboard the word "Alfred"
2. I run an Alfred workflow to open in TextEdit a selected file in Finder called "document.txt"
3. The workflow works well and TextEdit open "document" file
4. I paste clipboard's content in TextEdit or any other app and it types "document" instead of "Alfred"
 
The same problem occurs when I use an Applescript to open files.
 
Im using the latest version(2.0.2)

You could always just make a File Filter (input) and attach a Hotkey (trigger) to it and set that to Option+Space to do a file search

There may be issues with this, I wanted to post it to let people test it. Special characters may still cause an issue.

To set it up, go log into your Pinboard account on pinboard.in. Then go to Settings, and Password. Toward the bottom they provide you with API key. Copy that value. In Alfred, use the pinboardsetup keyword to enter that key. So: pinboardsetup <key>
 
After that, just use: pb <query> 
 
It may take a second to sync your bookmarks to local. Subsequent calls should be fast. It will update the next time you search if the last time was more than 5 minutes ago. I still need to work on getting just the updated bookmarks and adding those in. I just wanted a few people to test this and play with it.

There will very likely be an action for this in v2, I just haven't done it yet

To give a better overview over workflows, it would be nice if Actions and Outputs could be named. Especially scripts would be easier to distinguish from each other, when having more than one in a workflow.

That's something I felt the need for with v1 already, now that what used to be Hotkeys in v1 also are Workflows, I'd appreciate an option to group Workflows in folders even more.
 
In v1, I currently have 41 extensions installed and 18 hotkeys configured, which would sum up to 59 items in the Workflow sidebar in v2. That's quite a list to scroll.
 
Apart from having these sorted alphabetically, I'd love to be able to put them into groups/folders, e.g. one for extensions covering aspects of my private life, one for professional tasks, a group for my own extensions, another for extensions I have under development, or even extensions that are specific to clients of mine (e.g. extension triggering client-specific build-/deployment tasks).

I'd like to see the function "Show Alfred" with predefined keyword, and optional selected text (this is already in Hotkey in Trigger)
This one is implemented in v1, but in v2 there is no way to accomplish this.
