  1. You may be using the wrong version of the workflow. On the first post there's an icloud version and a non-icloud version, could you check you have the correct one?

  3. Nothing looks wrong here. Do any of the examples work for you? r today release the hamsters into the wild r tomorrow bring about financial ruin upon my enemies r in 5 minutes drop everything r in 2 hours laugh out loud in random thoughts list r in 3 days 1 hour pick stuff up off the floor r in 1 day at 2pm to run amok r on 24/12/13 to forget everything I know about things in movies r on 12 June 15 to come up with some interesting ideas r on 11 12 13 to check what the weather's like r on 31-12-99 23:22 to panic about the millennium bug r at 2pm to wait for nothing in particular r thursday at 15.30 to ask some difficult questions
  4. Sometimes I have to access my macbook by booting it in target disk mode from another Mac. Recently when I've been doing this, it seems Alfred's preferences are getting wiped, even down to the activation hotkey. I end up having to restore the ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred 3 folder from a backup each time, it's getting kind of annoying, particularly as this didn't happen in the past. This is with Alfred 3.1, Powerpack (lifetime), Mac OS 10.11.6
  5. What's the command you tried? Do any of the examples on the first post work for you?
  6. not sure why this happens to you, but if you edit the workflow, double-click the "n" widget and then where it says property shouldCheckForUpdates : true, change "true" to "false".
  7. Can you try downloading and installing again? http://bit.ly/295yGdh also check that you don't now have two different Notes workflows loaded in Alfred.
  8. Hi @Canor, please update to the Alfredv3 version: http://bit.ly/295yGdh
  9. Did you previously have Alfred 2 installed?
  10. A fair comment, but I'm unlikely to change it at this point unless I do a full rewrite (which I'm not currently motivated to do)
  11. Hello everyone. I've identified a bug in the code that meant that anyone who did not previously have Alfred v2 installed would not be able to use this workflow. I've now corrected the issue, and there's a new link to download the fix: http://bit.ly/1UlcR8F (notethere are no new features in this release). I am also unsure of whether workflows compiled in Alfred version 3 are fully backward-compatible with v2, so I have left the previous, v2 workflow linked at the bottom of the first post. Going forwards, I will assume that any new features will be for the v3 version only.
  12. Sorry I'm late to the party… Here's the closest way to do it: "r tomorrow at 12pm to eat lunch"
  13. This indicates that alfred isn't done processing when you press enter. Also I presume you are using the *non*-iCloud version of the workflow?
  14. Sure I will look into it. I've logged this on the issue tracker if you want to track progress: https://github.com/surrealroad/alfred-reminders/issues/31
  15. Please update to the new version which now has this functionality.
  16. Perfect. My workflow is here: http://www.alfredforum.com/topic/1009-notes/#entry12462 I'm going to see if I can use a similar approach with my reminders workflow.
  17. @Vero would you mind if I incorporated this technique into my notes workflow?
  18. The syntax you've used in that example is incorrect. Try "r on 24/01/16 to charge phone"
  19. in your examples, you need to include what you want the reminder to be. "r today" won't do anything, but "r today charge phone" will
  20. It doesn't look like there's anything not working as expected. Can you try entering one of the examples from the first post and taking a screengrab??
  21. Can you do "rtest" and post the results back?
  22. Does it work correctly if you use the "radd" keyword instead of "r"?
  23. I released a potential fix for this, see the download link in the first post. Unfortunately I can't test it because I don't have anything with Mac OS 10.8 installed, but do let me know if it works.
