for some reason I can't seem to get this to work. How do i enter the script?

Hi I am new to alfred i hope you guys can help. I am looking for some help with creating a workflow for a terminal command to modify my host files. Quite often i need to go to terminal add a host file as i work in web design so i need to point my browser to my server for that web address. The command is sudo nano /etc/hosts
