How do I use a workflow? How do I make it run. As you can tell by my posts I am a 'baby' Alfred user. Thanks

Spotlight does not access the file either. /Applications is in the default search scope (I think).

I am a 'new' user. I want to find a program to run. For example 'Firefox'. Alfred comes up with search options and not the program itself. I have tried 'run <program name> and open <program name> but no luck. I need some help to point me in the right direction. Thanks.
