  1. Hi, I'm hoping that there's an update or maybe even some help someone could offer to complicate this: I'd like to create a google doc with a choice of which folder to save it in on my google drive. And I'm hoping to do the same for a google sheet. I tried a workflow using a keyword trigger and the link from the conversation above: http://docs.google.com/document/create?hl=en but it puts my into a new file and then I have to type the name and move the folder, which is really clunky on Google Drive. Thanks for any advice!
  2. As a newbie, I'm not sure I'm in the right place, but I couldn't find a thread devoted to Fantastical 3, so here goes: I'm hoping to create a workflow that allows me to create an invite to a Zoom or other meeting in Fantastical, especially now that it has integration with CardHop. But I'm not a scripter, and I'm at a loss of where to start. The idea would be typing a keyword like "invite", having an option to enter names, time & place, kind of meeting (Zoom/in person), and then sending it out. I looked at Packal, but only found an old Fantastical 2 event creator. Advice would be appreciated--thanks!
  3. Thanks everyone. I'm afraid that this is over my head as someone who isn't a programmer; I'm one of the folks lured by Alfred's simplicity, even as I fully applaud the complexity under the hood. Humbled, but was hoping for a simpler workaround.
  4. Hi Friends, My university recently updated its database for searching contacts to this: https://webapps.sfsu.edu/public/directorysearch/ but when I followed Alfred's instructions to replace the search term with {query}, it just brings up an empty page linked to the university. Here's the URL that appears when I tried a search for "mahoney": https://webapps.sfsu.edu/public/directorysearch/?query=mahoney&page=1&configure[hitsPerPage]=20 which per Alfred's instructions I replaced it like this: https://webapps.sfsu.edu/public/directorysearch/?query={query}&page=1&configure[hitsPerPage]=20 For kicks, when that brought up a blank page, I tried deleting all text to the right of query like this: https://webapps.sfsu.edu/public/directorysearch/?query={query} but got the same empty page I've successfully created a lot of custom web searches, so I'm wondering if something in the update doesn't work with Alfred. Or maybe user error?! Thank you! --P
