    Hello, I am having the same issue and I can't download directly from the site either. The page keeps loading until it returns an error. Tried to use Safari and Chrome to downloaded and the same happens in both. I am using the macOS Catalina 10.15.5 and my connection at home. Anyone could help me? Thanks
