For that you can activate shuffle directly from the workflow

I have acrossed this page: Spotify Mini Player to find the Alfred Spotify Mini Player, which could be one of the best mini player for Spotify for me to control Spotify music at my fingertips.

there is no export function, but all your data is stored locally in a SQLite dB, so you can eventually export from that.

you probably have the notification style as Alert, in OS X notifications preferences for Spotify Mini Player app, see Link
