MaximiliumM got a reaction from jdevaud in Alfred command to RE-MOUNT an ejected/unmounted hard drive??
    Oh, one more thing...

If the drive IS listed on Disk Utility, then it's possible to re-mount it.

"diskutil list" will show you all the drives currently mounted and unmounted.

What you're looking for is something like "/dev/disk1s2" (it might be another number)

Then the command diskutil mount /dev/disk1s2 will mount it again.

I can create a Workflow that checks what drives are unmounted and then present a list so you can select one to mount. Not hard at all. But as I was explaining in the last post, you're not going to be able to re-mount EJECTED drives, only UNMOUNTED drives.

MaximiliumM got a reaction from Tyler Eich in Alfred command to RE-MOUNT an ejected/unmounted hard drive??
Have anyone solved your problem already?

I don't think it's possible with EJECTED drives. When you eject your drive, it's not visible to the OS anymore. The only "solution" I've come across on the internet was this one:

As you can see, it'll re-mount ALL external USB drives. Maybe it won't work as you want.

    Another "solution":

    Sorry

MaximiliumM got a reaction from Don Dahl in NTFS Enabler (Enable NTFS write on your drives)
    I'm so sorry, Arthur.

If you have downloaded the NTFS Enabler installer, please do it again and install it again. Same download link.

I've made some changes to it and I hope it's more reliable now.

I'd love to have a native, built-in, way of adding things to the sidebar. That's the only somewhat unreliable thing now ;(

Also, I've changed the "Cancel" button to a "Not Now" button. And after pressing "Not Now" it stops asking you to enable NTFS write permission on that drive until you unmount it and mount it again.

Thanks and sorry for the trouble.

MaximiliumM got a reaction from miketheburrito in Super Effective! (Pokémon Type Checker)
    Hello,

Our friend withanx created the Alfredex, a Pokedex inside Alfred, and it gave me an idea: Create a workflow to tell what is super effective against what. And here it is

Now you're able to tell what type is super effective against Poison really fast. Just open Alfred and "type Fire".

    Here's a screenshot:

It gives you all the information you need. If it's immune to some type, or if it can't damage some type and so on.

    I hope you enjoy it

    UPDATE:

    New feature:

    Check Dual-Type Pokémon weaknesses.

MaximiliumM got a reaction from Domenic in Create New Folder [ version 1.0 ]
    Hello,

    Description:

Creates a new folder at desired location.

NOTE: You might want to disable any "folder filter" you have, since I use the same thing to choose folder destination. And don't worry, you'll still be able to use it as a folder filter

    Features:

    - Creates a new folder with desired name and location.
    - Default folder name: "untitled folder".
    - Folder filter, both to search for folders only and to choose new folder destination.
    - File action. You can navigate to desired location within Alfred and choose "Create New Folder". Unfortunately, I haven't found a good solution to name the new folder using this File Action. But it does open the new folder location to make it easier to rename it.
