I struggled with this too but creating a new event in this way works for me. I quoted the text string and the date time unquoted.

"testing 2 months away"  March 12th  12pm

or adding location too:

"testing 2 months away"  March 12th  12pm @ Starbucks, Seal Beach Blvd, Los Cerritos, CA

Hey all.

I used use Things 3 & miss the links to email messages or websites when creating a task. Justusing Apple reminders now and created the same feature with someone else's idea for Text Expander. The Applescript I'm using is here:

MacSparky AppleScript to Mail.app message

I added a simple workflow to make this work and it's perfect with a hotkey but I saw a prompt saying this featured would be disabled and I need to contact the developer. I didn't capture the warning message, sorry.

As a novice with these scripts, is this an Apple AppleScript issue moving forward, Alfred interaction with macOS or something I don't understand?

Totally forgot about SandwichTimer i used before. Just downloaded installed the Universal Build release on Big Sur 11.15.1 Intel and get the same error as above "Reason: no suitable image found"

Is the latest updates for 11.15 causing Electron issues?

No Alfred PowerPack installed yet as migrating from previous MacBook right now.
