I had a similar issue when I tried the Family subscription feature. If I remember correctly from the 1Password forums it's that the 3rd party integration isn't supported (yet) for the new subscription vaults. For them to still work you would need to keep the passwords in the original vault as well as the subscription vault. You can check their forums, hopefully some progress has been made.
