    I'm puzzled. I can't get Universal Actions to do anything. There is no response to any Hotkey that I set. What am I doing wrong? Is it my OS 10.14.6?

    I found this answer from Alfred. This behavior is deliberate. Many users told us that Typinator made unwanted replacements in this situation and asked NOT to expand abbreviations in Alfred's search window. For this reason, we have made this the default behavior in Typinator 8.0. However, you can revert to the previous behavior with a hidden setting. To do so, execute the following command in Terminal: defaults write com.macility.typinator2 expandInAlfred 1

    With previous versions of Alfred, Typinator abbreviations would expand on the command line. For me, "dvt" became "Devonthink". "ss1" became "ss Inbox 1-sided" for ScanSnap. Such expansions no longer work in Alfred 4. I know that there is a setting to change that or a Terminal command, but I do not know what it is. I would appreciate your help!

    Thanks, Richard. I finally got back to this. I did the git clone trick and everything downloaded, and the files install easily into Alfred now. I've tried out a couple and especially like the NotesWorkflow. Thanks for your help.

    Why does sn open my browser? What am I doing wrong?

    Looks interesting, but it sends me to my browser every time. I have modified it according to your instructions but without success.

    I can't get to first base on this. I was finally able to get the https://github.com/raguay/MyAlfred/blob/master/SermonScheduler.alfredworkflow to download to my hard disk. But Alfred did not respond, and double clicking it does not seem to do much. I am interested in seeing what you are using but do not know how to incorporate this workflow into Alfred.
