Minor fix for WeChat Call
Improved international name support: by normalising Unicode characters to their single code point representation at very beginning. This solves searching issues with non-standard English alphabet names, such as German, Chinese, Japanese or Korean.

Thank you my friend. Your screenshots were pretty helpful. It turned out that the problem was indeed unicode grapheme cluster problem, where a Korean character could sometime be represented by multiple unicode code points and other times be represented by just a single unicode point. Although they all represent the same Korean character, they were treated differently in Uni Call.
 
Now I normalised all query string at the very beginning, so it should work now. Could you please try out this build that I compiled just for you to test out? Let me know how it goes.

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but the site started to do things like that a little while ago. I've been just going on and fixing it manually. Something must have happened when I upgraded some module (the Packal site is a Drupal 7 installation).
 
Over the last few weeks, however, I've been experimenting with rewriting the site from the ground-up in ways that will make any of these issues moot.
 
For now, I went in and re-uploaded the icon and flushed the caches, so everything should look right.

I think your Skype app is taking over your FaceTime app as the default handler for the URL scheme "tel://". You need to change it back for FaceTime app to handle that URL scheme, so as to allow Yosemite iPhone continuity function properly. You can use a little utility called RCDefaultApp to do so.

You should. The new versions are normally better.
 
Also, you could use
calls SKYPE_TARGET call -s SKYPE_TARGET to limit the function to just Skype. Or, even, you could customise the call script filter with something like "./bin/Uni\ Call -s {query}", then you can use "call SKYPE_TARGET" as before
 

try to remove the AppleScript entry in Manage API clients, and restart your Skype
