It is not possible, no, but you can suggest it as a feature.

Just to make sure this isn’t an XY problem, what exactly would you want?

Do you really want to share images from your clipboard to imgur or would you like to have a shortcut that takes a screenshot and immediately uploads it to imgur, without saving it to your Desktop?

I ask because if what you want is the latter, I have a workflow that I’ve built many months ago that does exactly that, and works pretty well. It lacks some polish in certain areas and I never got around to finishing that which is why I never shared it, but if that’s what you need, I can finish it or just send you the incomplete version in the meantime.

I'll move this to the Workflow Help & Questions as I'm not familiar with Imgur, but it may be something you can achieve with a workflow

Idea that add Alfred internal keywords looks fine. Default and custom search keywords can be added to results. I will try to implement this feature
