  1. Hi Giovanni and thank you much for this workflow. Would you help me understanding why is mine not working properly ?
  2. Hi Is there a way to ignore spaces while searching files in Alfred's File Search feature ? Here's an exemple with the file : Copil SMESC 3.docx which I renamed CopilSMESC3.docx I'd like to find it using keywords such as Copil 3 SMESC and not only CopilSMESC3 I'm pretty sure this question has been asked before but I had no luck finding it... Regards,
  3. Thank you session extraordinaire much @chrislemke for this amazing workflow. I use it all day (and I don't really know if I'm paying anything since I didn't pay for ChatGpt Plus yet). I had two questions : if I subscribe to ChatGpt Plus, will the answer be shown more rapidly using your Workflow ? Also, is there a way to use Whisper's audio transcription within the Workflow ? Regards,
  4. Hi all, Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong in creating a workflow with "Snip" keyword ? I can't get it to work... Here is a video. Thank you !
  5. Hello all and Happy new Year I was wondering if there'd be any way to hide alias in Alfred File search ? By the way, do you say alias or aliases ? Have a good day ! Jo
  6. Dear Stephen_C, thank tou very much for your kind response. I'm using universal actions for nearly everything in the Finder. Thanks to the link you posted I just discovered the Universal Action hot key. I'm just wondering if there would be any way to skip the hot key > Universal Action selection, during the process ? Such as : select a file in Finder > Alt+Cmd+K -> Open Universal Action "Move to..." Thanks, Joseph
  7. Dear Alfred community, I would like to set up shortcuts for some of the Universal Actions I use the most. Now I'm using : Pop-up Alfred > Space > file name > Right arrow > type the name of an universal action or Cmd+1,2... Is there anyway to achieve those using : Pop-up Alfred > Space > file name > shortcut for an universal action ? I searched on the forum but didn't find anything to do so. Regards, Joseph
  8. Problem solved by clean-installing my mac. Thanks for your help Vitor
  9. Thank you very much Vitor for your response. I'll definitely go for a clean install without Apple Migration Assistant as I face some other problems with MacOs. But what should I do with my Alfred preferences ? I found this post on Syncing Your Altred Settings Between Macs. Could syncing and / or saving those preferences replicate the problem after the clean install ? I have a long list of Snippets and workflow that I'd prefer not to lose during the process. What would you recommend ? Thanks again,
  10. Is there anything I could do now ? I'm willing to clean-install my mac in order to solve the problem...
  11. Nevermind, the issue is still going. My files are indexed but not instantly such as before. I posted a screen recording showing it. Please note that Spotlight doesn't find the file neither. ā€¢ What you were doing when the issue happened Saving or downloading a file and then searching it with Alfred * Whether you were able to replicate it a second time by performing the same action Able to replicate * Include any screenshots that might help uS Video : Alfred 4.7 [1306] * Include your macOS version macOS Monterey Version 12.3 Thanks for your help.
  12. Dear Stephen, thank you for your kind response. Enable Quick File Search Mode is checked. By the way, everything came back to normal this morning so this post is now solved. Regards,
  13. Dear Vitor, thank you for your reply. Rebooting the mac didn't solve the problem but using the open keyword did, thank you ! What should I do in order to use the space Prefix instead of Find/Open keyword such as before ? Best regards,
  14. Dear Alfred community, Iā€™m facing an issue with Alfred App file indexation since about a week. Iā€™m no longer able to find directly the files I saved using the Space prefix. I guess it has something to do with me disabling most of the Spotlight search options two months ago. Alfred Troubleshooting is at the end of the post. * What you were doing when the issue happened Searching files with Alfred, all other apps and windows closed. * Whether you were able to replicate it a second time by performing the same action Able to replicate, even after restart. * Include any screenshots that might help uS I wrote all the info below. * Include the Alfred version & build number you are using (don't say "latest" - you'll find a version number in the Update tab of Alfred's preferences) Alfred 4.7 [1306] * Include your macOS version macOS Monterey Version 12.3 I followed this guide https://www.alfredapp.com/help/troubleshooting/indexing/monterey/ and then this one : https://www.alfredapp.com/help/troubleshooting/indexing/#spotlightsettings but I'm stuck at step 5.4 with Indexing disabled showing in Terminal. This post explains the problem https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/146508/spotlight-indexing-and-searching-disabled-message-in-terminal-on-osx-why But I had no luck using : sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.locate.plist Unfortunately I still get : Indexing disabled. I don't know if this problem has nothing to do with Alfred but I may ask for some help since I don't find any solution. *** EDIT *** I now got Indexing enabled. So I managed to end this tutorial https://www.alfredapp.com/help/troubleshooting/indexing/#spotlightsettings Unfortunately Alfred file search results are worse than before. Spotlight indexing has ended one hour ago and Alfred shows nearly zero results. Here are my default results configuration and Alfred Troubleshoot message. Regards, Joseph Starting Diagnostics... 15. Dear Alfred community, I enjoyed using the Case Converter workflow since last year and it worked like a charm on my Macbook Pro 2019 Monterey 12.3. But since a few weeks, it doesn't work anymore, I don't know if it's related to the 12.3. The Capitalize function does appear on Alfred (photo 1) but as soon as I try to type or paste a word it goes to google search (which is my default search on Alfred - photo 2). Would you have any advices on how to make it work again ? I tried to delete and reinstall the workflow without success. Regards, Joseph
