For the time being, Alfred will strip out the assigned Hotkeys when installing workflows. You will have to add them manually. Open Alfred's preferences and navigate to the Workflows tab. Select the Dropbox Quick Links workflow. In the workflow editor you should see 2 empty items for the Hotkeys. Double click on them to set the Hotkey combination. Press the keys that you would like to associate with the action.

This is wonderful. Nice work. Request: Can you generate the help file in html and open it in the browser? I can already see that I would like to keep it open while using Alfred.

Can you include a toggle for shuffle (and repeat mode) in Alfred's mini-player? That would at indicate what is occurring for the unexpected behavior.

I was trying to play specific songs through Alfred's iTunes player but the wrong song started to pay each time. After a couple tries, I realized that I had shuffle enabled throwing off the playlist. Is there a way to optimize this behavior? If I have shuffle enabled, I would expect Alfred to play my selected song and then continue to shuffle the rest of the list. Or maybe Alfred could disable shuffling?
