Yes I am able to replicate this issue, no files show up in results, but when I did file diagnostics (test results seem fine) all appears okay.

Mac OS 12.5
Full disk access is enabled, and documents is enabled in Default Results and File Search.
Re-Indexing did not solve the issue.
