    Still the same problem here in 2024. The post in below says the problem is due to word boundaries, controlled by OS X's metadata server, which presumably would affect the Spotlight search as well. However, searching in Spotlight yields a better result. Search for the same term in Spotlight could find the target file, while Alfred cannot.

    Hi, Can you share where you did the change? I updated Alfred 5.0.5 and suddenly see the "NoneType object is not subscriptable" error. Thanks! Edit: Reinstall the workflow does not solve the issue. go to "zotconf" and choose "Reload Zotero Data" has resolved the issue for me.
