  1. Hey Giovanni, I just wanted to follow up again. Did you get my last message?
  2. Shoot! I thought I responded to this right after you send your last message. Is there another way to go about this? I realized that there is a lot of my customers personal information (over many years) that I should probably keep private.
  3. I installed it but I cant figure out how to upload it and send it to you.
  4. Sure. Normally they're at about 20 events a day. Also, we will need to set it up so that it searches for the events that are currently "showing" on the calendar (Aka. whatever I am looking at) and not the current week. We make our routes about 4-6 months in advance so the way that it is currently set up will not work. My smallest calendar is 3MB. Is there another way to get this to you?
  5. Actually no 🤦‍♂️. I did the test calendar with only 2 events and it worked. Then I tried my regular calendar and it did not work. The regular calendar is only search 2 days thought a total of 9 events but it gets stuck
  6. I changed it to 1 day and that didn't seem to work. It also makes the calendar not respond every time.
  7. So when it says Days: 7 (Number of days to retrieve) I will need it to search for the 7 days that are currently open on the calendar. We are generally "routing" our schedule about 4 months in advance...
  8. It just stops here and nothing happens. It will be searching about 100 events but right now because I am testing it on 1 crew it's only looking for about 25-30 events
  9. Yes sir! When I run the script it gets stuck and I also have to restart the calendar. I am testing it on just one of the calendars for now (Crew 1). Does it just pull from the 7 days that are showing on the calendar?
  10. Does it just search whatever week is open in the calendar? I think I set it up to only search for Crew 1 Calendar right now instead of all 4 of my calendars but it it just gets stuck here
  11. Oh thanks so much for getting back to me!! I downloaded it but when I double click it, it opens in TextEdit. Even when I try to open it from the finder with Alfred PowerPack it does not give me that option?
  12. Ok! I'm finally getting a little free time now that I have a receptionist again! Can you tell me how to install the workflow so that I can try it on my computer?
  13. My receptionist quit so I need to put this on hold for a bit until I can find a replacement 😥 but I'm REALLY excited for what you have done so far. I will be in touch hopefully sooner than later 🤞
  14. We would be able to make the most efficient routes for each individual crew if we can see all of the calendars. We move events from one crew to another all of the time to make drive time less.
  15. Can it search all of the calendars for a specific zip code and map them at the same time? I think GoogleMaps can only handle 15 locations at a time so it may need to split it up into 2 maps but that is ok.
  16. So cool! What I currently do is I type in a zip code in the calendar search bar and it highlights all of the events that have that zip code in it. Then I manually plug those address into GoogleMaps. Can we make it so that it will fetch an entire weeks worth of events (all 5 calendars) and sort it by zip code? For example, it fetches all events with the zip code 80525. And after I have organized those events then I can search for other zip codes? Does that makes since?
  17. I do not see a workflow that I can download? 🤷‍♂️ I have not even downloaded the Powerpack yet but I'm more than happy to do it if you are for sure this will work. Would it be possible for you to set up a time to share screens so I can see how this works?
  18. Wow! That is awesome of you to help. I would need it to search all of my calendars (There are 5 of them). Main, Crew 1, Crew 2, Crew 3, Crew 4. Is that doable?
  19. Thanks for checking back in. I tried to figure it out but I dont know how to use Alfred at all 🤦‍♂️. I would need to do a screen share with you or something
  20. Clicking specific events would probably be ideal but I think I could make it work to do a time window
  21. I own a window cleaning company and I'm constantly making routes on GoogleMaps and I desperately want to make the process more efficient! I'm trying to automate a search on GoogleMaps that can quickly put multiple addresses on a map for me. I am also a Mac user and I would like to be able to quickly click an event in Apple Calendar and it somehow copies the address of that event to GoogleMaps so that I can click on 10-15 events and see all of those addresses on the map. I dont need it to make the most efficient route or anything like that, I just need to be able to quickly see all of the addresses on a map. Is this possible? HELP! 😎
