  1. The beta version of 1Password Firefox extension solved this issue for me (though broke some other things): http://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/114339/#Comment_114339
  2. It actually replaces the location of the currently active tab as well as opening a new tab. If I don't want to navigate away from the page of my current active tab I have to open a new tab first and then use the 1p shortcut, which nearly defeats the purpose.
  3. +1 - A counter-productive implementation of a productivity feature. For now I've just made my clipboard history last much longer and I copy the snippet once and then type it in clipboard history to access it later. Still clunky. Any news about this as a feature?
  4. This should really be built into Alfred. When you're browsing the filesystem, you should be able to navigate to the directory where you want to create the file/folder and start typing the name of the new file/folder as if you were trying to navigate to it. Instead of that big useless blank space below, it could show "Create new file at <path + what you've typed so far>" as an option. To create a folder, just put a slash at the end and it'll change to say "Create new folder at <path + what you've typed>". Or you could have both options appear below at the same time to avoid having to type the slash. It could also be smart to new nested folders, so you could /just/keeping/typing/your/path and it would create all the necessary new folders.
  5. Got it. This is output: dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: ___memccpy_chk Referenced from: /<removed>/Alfred 2/Alfred.alfredpreferences/workflows/user.workflow.FCBDF848-A9CC-4576-9686-1D3197B1273C/bundle/ruby/1.8/gems/json-1.8.1/lib/json/ext/generator.bundle Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib dyld: Symbol not found: ___memccpy_chk Referenced from: /<removed>/Alfred 2/Alfred.alfredpreferences/workflows/user.workflow.FCBDF848-A9CC-4576-9686-1D3197B1273C/bundle/ruby/1.8/gems/json-1.8.1/lib/json/ext/generator.bundle Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib [1] 91370 trace trap LANG=en_US.UTF-8 /<removed>/ruby ./instant.rb test
  6. Where is ./instant.rb supposed to be? I also do not have any kind of Alfred log in ~/Library/Logs.
  7. Great workflow! One question: I often split my secondary monitor screen according to a 2 row x 3 column grid, where one window takes up all of the first 2 columns and then in the last column there is 1 window in each row. Is there an easy way to add this?
  8. This doesn't work for me on OS 10.8.5 with Skype 6.9 (517). All commands look like they're working for about 5 seconds before reverting to default searches.
  9. On Mac OS 10.8.5 only "g" works. Everything else reverts to default searches as soon as you type a query. (Works great on OS 10.9, however.)
