  1. Brilliant! I missed the link you ad to use the copy to clipboard workflow you had below your example. That was the missing piece. Thanks!
  2. Awesome! How could I do this if I want to use a keyword (running out of keyboard shortcuts..) and have it be added to clipboard?
  3. I am using Roam Research and when you copy text it includes their special flavor of markdown. It's not ideal for sharing anywhere else. Example in Roam: Copy and paste of this text: Ordering food from [[Sai Rams]] What I need is a way to strip those brackets around words [[ ]] - can this be done in Alfred?
  4. Bummer - big reason not to use iCloud vs Drive/DropBox IMO. Thanks for your help!
  5. I just added it. So I have to use these goofy file names to reference things in iCloud drive... Doing a folder search for "icloud" reveals nothing.
  6. I am looking for a way to use the built in file and folder search to look for things in iCloud Drive. I also want to use file actions to throw files into iCloud Drive as well. I can't seem to get anything to show up and no options to do so. Is this just not possible even though this looks and functions just like a Finder folder...? Thanks!
  7. Nevermind I just converted it into a web search and used the build in encoding there to do spaces as + mailplane://email%40gmail.com/#search/{query}
  8. Thanks, I am sorry I am not the most famliar with scripting. Do I paste on urlEncode(str) local str try return (do shell script "/bin/echo " & quoted form of str & ¬ " | perl -MURI::Escape -lne 'print uri_escape($_)'") on error eMsg number eNum error "Can't urlEncode: " & eMsg number eNum end try end urlEncode Above my code in Alfred?
  9. I found a script online that I can get to work and it's works in Alfred but for only single words. I see an option to encode spaces as + in custom browser searches but I can't figure out the needed AppleScript - could I get some help? tell application "Mailplane 3" open location "mailplane://email%40gmail.com/#search/{query}" end tell
  10. Awesome, yes it exists, just confirmed!
  11. Not sure the official name but however you find and open files and folders in Alfred.
  12. Awesome. Assuming their is no extension for this already for navigating this already? How would one set this up? I can't seem to access that file in the normal Alfred finder.
  13. Is there a way I can delete options I don't want to use here? For example, I want the file link option only. I tried deleting items in the script and it just broke things:
  14. I am requesting search by folder. So for example I do "Business" (folder name), it then displays all the in said folder.
  15. What I am trying to do is launch Alfred, type the name of a folder, then see all the bookmarks in that folder. Does anyone know if this is possible out of the box or with an extension?
  16. Awesome tool, thanks for creating. Is there a way to pass a recent file that is selected to the normal Alfred actions menu?
  17. Not a Alfred workflow but to do new compose mail I use keyboard maestro to activate chrome, keystroke "CMD+1" to go to first tab (pinned chrome tab) and then type keystroke "c". Works great. I noticed that it reload the gMail window every time. IE do search for "bob" gmail window reloads with results. Is there anyway to get it so that it just does a search without doing a refresh? Would be much faster. Thanks.
  18. I see some workflows for the NValt but nothing for the fairly new Simplenote app. Could someone create one
