  1. Thanks for this workflow, it is most useful! Unfortunately the new tc command is not working for me. The command is not executed. I'm using OS X 10.10.3. I'm using iTerm2, it would be preferable if commands could be executed there (however commands are not executed at all now). The ts function works great. I wonder would it be possible to show the content of the snippet (as many characters as can fit) in the subtext of the result? That would help tell snippets with similar names apart.
  2. I confirm that it works with Swedish now, thank you very much!
  3. This is great, most useful and nicely implemented, thanks! Two things on my wishlist: 1) The workflow does not work when searching for words with international characters (in my case Swedish characters Å, Ä and Ö) - could this be fixed? 2) It would be useful to have an option to search also within completed tasks.
  4. Thanks for the info. No, that file did not have any text in it, I tried to delete it anyway but it didn't solve the problem. Hopefully it will be solved after your next update, I'll keep watching for updates.
  5. Thanks for this workflow! I have used it now and then and find it quite handy for quick edits etc. However, recently it stopped working, the editor window is not shown anymore even though the posted notifications tells me that the selected file is opened. Any ideas (Alfred 2.7.1, OS X 10.10.3)?
  6. I think that a more powerful search function in the Workflow area within Alfred Preferences would be helpful. For example, sometimes I don't remember the name of a workflow but I remember the name of the author. I think it would be great if the search function would search for author names and other appropriate information contained within the Workflow area (not sure what the current scope of search is, it includes keywords which is good, but does it also search within scripts etc.?). Searching for info within the Workflow area could perhaps even be integrated into Alfred's main search function.
  7. Yes, I also see this behavior (Yosemite, Alfred 2.7.1). But I don't think fuzzy matching has ever worked for me from file actions, it would be convenient if this could be fixed.
  8. I've been using this workflow for a while now and find it very useful, thank you for providing this! Wish list improvements: when I select many tasks (say > 10) and defer them all at once it is a little bit slow, if possible to improve speed the function would be even more valuable. It would be good if you publish it on Packal for more convenient upgrading.
  9. The permissions on the /usr/local directory seem to be the same as for your system, but I used sudo for the cp command as dfay described and now everything is working. Great workflow, thanks!
  10. Thanks for the info! I've installed the latest version (1.3) of the workflow and followed your updated instructions. Unfortunately it is still not working, I get the same error message as before. Strange, maybe something special with my setup is causing this error. I may try the Mjolnir workflow instead but this seems more convenient. If you have further ideas what's causing the problems with Hammerspoon I appreciate it.
  11. This seems like a useful workflow but it does not work for me. I've installed Hammerspoon, reloaded and run "hs:install". When I try to move a window etc. I see the following error message in Alfred's debug tool: "[ERROR: alfred.workflow.action.script] /bin/bash: line 29: /usr/local/bin/hs: No such file or directory". I'm on OS X 10.10.2.
  12. Thanks, this did indeed sort out the problem!
  13. I really like the EggTimer workflow, thanks. It was working for several months for me with no problems, but recently (maybe related to updating the workflow, not sure though) it does not give info about running or recent timers. To start a new timer works but when checking for running/recent timers it displays “No timers or alarms currently running"/“No recent timers“ even though there are timers running. I have reinstalled the workflow but is not able to get it to work as intended again. Any ideas? (I'm on OS X 10.9.5)
  14. Thank you, this solved the problem. All but a few (MachineClean, WatchList, MailTo and Passphrase Generator) workflows were updated. Nice work
  15. Hi, I think Packal is a great addition to Alfred, thanks for the good work! The update functions do not work for me, e.g. if I use the graphical application and press update the “Updating..." window pops up and goes away after 5-10 seconds but the workflow is not updated. Using the Alfred commands for updating does not work either. I'm on OS X 10.9.5. Any ideas?
  16. Thanks this is very convenient, I used to shut down to clean... Works great for me
  17. Thanks for this great workflow! I prefer to use Packal to make upgrading of workflows easier, but the latest update for Evernote there seems to be 8.0. Could you distribute updates via Packal again?
  18. This is great, most convenient! It works great for me in OF2 with the code update zagdul provided. (Only thing not working for me is that I when I activate the workflow using a hotkey, the next time I open Alfred the previous calls to the workflow are not available by pressing the Up Arrow, which may be useful if you add several new tasks with similar settings. However, I guess that this is the expected behavior for Alfred and is not related to the workflow. Opening Alfred and typing todo it works of course.) Thanks!
  19. +1 Alfred would feel more logical if the file actions dialog could use fuzzy search in the same manner as in the main pane. Since you become used to searching by abbreviation e.g. AC for AppCleaner which is very convenient it's somewhat frustrating that it doesn't work for file actions, e.g. for often used actions such as "Open with..." and "Copy To...".
  20. Many thanks your tip got this working for me as well! I have the web site version of OF2 and your guess about the path was correct. Most of the functions work in OF2, but it seems that some functions where the workflow interacts directly with OF2 does not work as intended. Anyway, the workflow is now very useful for OF2 as well.
  21. +1 This is a very valuable workflow that I used a lot with OmniFocus 1, thank you! Unfortunately, it does not seem to work for OmniFocus 2. Does it require a huge effort to update due to internal changes in new OmniFocus or is it feasible? I would like to contribute but I'm afraid I lack some coding skills for this task...
  22. Thanks, using other keywords solved the problem (I realize that it may not be possible to only show the results output from the workflow after invoking the commands)!
  23. I find this to be a very useful workflow, thanks! A minor issue for me is that after I run rdn or rdo some applications with names matching the command (e.g. "Remote Desktop Connection") show first in the list, above the files in the Downloads directory. Is this possible to fix?
