Thanks for the second reply from admin (Alfred's mom). This helps me with other notifications. I don't like to get the notifications, so i changed some other alerts to "none". Thanks again.

Web search with Alfred create new tab or new window randomly

I think the new window is basically a window with ads. Maybe I'm wrong but this thing is happening in my case. I checked the preferences but nothing was wrong there. I just close them before they can load.

Change default browser?

When you open your browser it will automatically ask you to make it your defualt browser. So you just need to click on yes and everything is fine.

multiple telephone numbers not formatted correctly

You need to re add a phone number in your contact and try to dail it againg. I hope you will not face any problem.
