Yes, I had reset my search scope. Spotlight is finding results That's what I'm using to launch apps now. I tried clicking "Clear Application Cache" in the under "Advanced" (just now) Is this the same as typing "reload" in Alfred? I am in the middle of a work-day so I will not Rebuild my OS X Metadata I will have to try doing that before leaving.

Alfred (v2) is no longer finding applications: I checked my preferences, it should be searching '/Applications' I reloaded my cache by typing 'reload' in Alfred. After 5 minutes, it's still not finding my applications.
