  1. I'm using Alfred v3.1.1 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. The problem I'm having, which I have been able to replicate, occurs when I'm using the "move to" or "copy to" file actions. When I use either of these file actions, once I navigate into a folder that contains no subfolders, I cannot navigate back out of that folder. So, for instance, say I'm using the "move to" file action and navigate into "myfolder" within Alfred, and that "myfolder" contains NO subfolders. I can't then navigate out of "myfolder" to choose another folder to move my file into. In other words, I can't change my mind about which folder I want to move my file to once I've reached the end of the road in a folder that contains no subfolders. Thanks very much for your help. P.S. This is similar to a bug I reported a while back where I was getting stuck in completely empty folders---that is, folders containing no subfolders or files. That bug, which applied to file system navigation in general, was resolved. This one is different because it happens with the "move to" and "copy to" file actions.
  2. Thanks for acknowledging. I should note that I use cmd + up arrow and cmd + down arrow to navigate. I get this problem using these hotkeys (as opposed to using just left arrow and right arrow). Thanks again, John
  3. [Mod: Merged from another thread, as it's a duplicate report] I'm using Alfred v2.8.3 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. The problem I'm having, which I have been able to replicate, occurs when I'm navigating my file system within Alfred. Specifically, when I navigate down into an empty folder (that is, a folder that contains no files or subfolders) I cannot navigate back out of it within Alfred. So, for instance, say I've navigated down into "parentfolder" within Alfred, and that "parentfolder" contains "emptysubfolfer". If I navigate into "emptysubfolder" within Alfred, I can't navigate back up to "parentfolder". This happens whenever I navigate into a folder that contains no files or subfolders. Thanks very much for your help.
  4. I have no programming experience and so don't know whether it's possible. But it would be very useful.
  5. I'm also having trouble deleting files from the favorites list. I press control + enter, but that doesn't seem to be doing the job. A growl notification does pop-up (showing only the words "Favorite Folders"), but the files remain in the favorites list. Thanks again.
  6. Thanks for this workflow...it's great. One thing I've noticed: A lot of my files have parentheses in their titles..for example: Smith and Smith (2010) A study of something.pdf Some kind of problem occurs in these cases. The workflow doesn't appear to be able to recognize the file type when there are parentheses in the title. Thanks very much for your help.
