  1. I'm running into the same issue where Alfred search cannot be invoked via the main hotkey after focusing on most password fields in browsers, browser extensions, and native apps. It's reproducible. Running Monterey 12.1 Thanks for this solution - it does invoke search (with a slight lag time) but unfortunately it suffers from the same problem. Alfred search stops working until I run the app again manually, which so far I've been doing via Spotlight. Let me know if I can do anything to help you track down the cause.
  2. It turns out that disabling Spotlight will also disable most of Alfred's functionality, which is unfortunate since I didn't want to use Spotlight.
  3. I think this coincided with the upgrade to Yosemite. When I preface a command with ' (or just spacebar) in order to find a file, no results appear. I haven't changed anything since upgrading and it was working before I did. I've cleared the Application Cache as well to no effect. Has anyone else run into this and is there a fix?
  4. I have two questions that someone here might know about. I'd like to know if it's possible to call a workflow from within another workflow (or, run a generic alfred command as if I had typed it in). Also, I'd like to know if there's an Alfred applescript API that I could use to control Alfred from applescript. Using some great workflows already and looking forward to writing my own
