  1. Sure, I'm using Synology Drive Client (it can be downloaded here: https://www.synology.com/de-de/support/download/DS216j#utilities). It's the counterpart to Synology Drive Server, which needs to be installed on a Synology NAS. One thing I especially like is that you can specify multiple folders to be synchronized, where you can set for each one separately if you want to sync dotfiles. This is great for syncing folders which solely contain config-dotfiles.
  2. I've been doing some testing with Synology Drive, and so far everything works without any problems. Snippets for instance sync very well.
  3. Hi @Andrew and thank you for your answer. Sorry I just realized that my question was a bit vague. Actually I was thinking of syncing a folder instead of using a network drive. Is that what you meant by rsync?
  4. Hi, the support documents advise to rather use Dropbox than Apple' iCloud Drive to sync Alfred's settings, as iCloud Drive has problems detecting changes inside packages, which I can confirm. I'm wondering though if anyone has experience using the Synology NAS' Drive Station to sync such a file and if it works reliable. Thanks
  5. Thanks and thanks for the clarification, I wasn't aware of that.
  6. I just noticed that Alfred's search results for Safari's reading list shows already read items. I'd understand if this is a detail which some user might find useful but I think it would be helpful if there would at least be a toggle in Alfred to include/exclude read items from the reading list. Strictly speaking, excluding read items should in my opinion be the default, as the reading list was conceived that way - if you open an item from the reading list in Safari, the item is marked as read and not deleted. To "replicate" the behavior, open the Alfred search bar and type in a title from one of Safari's "reading list" items, which is hidden in the reading list while the "unread" toggle is turned on. Please let me know if I need to provide more details. Thanks for looking in to this. I'm using Alfred version 4.0.3. [1092] and macOS version 10.14.5 (18F132).
  7. One of the Alfred workflow outputs is the "copy to clipboard" output. It has an option to "paste to the front most application". I'd love an output feature which only provides the latter functionality, as I'm (as many other people) are using a clipboard manager which shouldn't be crowded with not-copied-on-purpose texts when I just want to output the result of the workflow into the document I'm currently in. Long story short, if there is no other way to paste something out of the workflow to the "front most application", I'd love an workflow output feature to that, without copying the text to the clipboard. Please let me know if there is a better way to do this than I'm currently thinking of. Thanks a lot!
