    Saweet the restart fixed it! Legendary work!

    Renaming from 1Password 5.app to 1Password.app fixed it Scratch that, it shows up in the settings now but i cant search it from Alfred itself

    Yup that's all ticked. It's called "1Password 5.app" and it's installed under "/Applications"
