  1. I would like to use Alfred to query a FileMaker solution. I have a script in FileMaker that executes a query based on the contents of the Clipboard. And I have assigned the ⌘-1 keystroke as the trigger. Here is the procedure that I'm trying to build. - Invoke Alfred. - Enter "fm " to tell Alfred that this is a FileMaker query. - Enter the search string. - Press Return. Alfred would then - Copy the string to the Clipboard. - Activate Organizer.fmp12. - Wait until Organizer.fmp12 is frontmost. - Perform the ⌘-1 keystroke (which will cause FileMaker to perform the query). I have created a workflow that recognizes the keyword and copies the search string to the Clipboard. But I don't know how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated. macOS 10.13.6 Alfred 3.7 FMPA 17
  2. Oops. Here's the environment. MBP 13 (2017) macOS 10.13.1 Alfred 3.5.1 [883] Affected files are all OmniOutliner 5.2. All are in the same directory. About half are visible to Alfred.
  3. Deleting V100 and rebuilding resolved the problem temporarily. A number of my files are again invisible to Alfred. Any more ideas? Thanks.
  4. Deleting V100 and rebuilding seems to have resolved the problem. Thanks very much for your help.
  5. I have a checklist that I run every weekday morning. It's very creatively named "Weekday Morning Checklist." Since I upgraded to macOS 10.13, Alfred is intermittent in his ability to find this file. Some mornings it's no problem. Some mornings he won't find that file, but will find other files in the same directory. Some mornings he won't find any of them. I've reinstalled Alfred and rebuilt the Spotlight index, but the problem persists. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks, dp
  6. Is it possible to find MacJournal content using Alfred? Spotlight can find it, but so far I've had no luck with Alfred. Thanks.
  7. That got it. Right arrow was unchecked, while fn and ctrl were checked. I have no recollection of making that change. Anyway, it works now. Thanks very much for your help.
  8. I make extensive use of the Actions Panel invoked by pressing the right arrow after selecting a file. Today, it doesn't work. I don't recall doing anything that might have broken it. Restarting Alfred didn't fix it. Rebooting my computer didn't fix it. I'm stumped. Can someone please help?
  9. Excellent. Thank you for your help. Sorry for the slow reply.
  10. I would like to move some files into a folder named Archives. During normal operations, I would like for Alfred to ignore these files. Once in a while, though, I will find it necessary to search the archive. So I want Alfred to index the Archives folder, but include its contents in the search results only when I my search begins with "archive." Is this possible? Thanks.
