Downloading update hangs

Hello, I am trying to update to the latest version (2.6), the download bar is full and showing 3.7 MB but nothing is happening. If I close and re-open the preferences I get the same thing, it stards downloading, the download bar goes to full and that's it, it's not installing the update or whatever it should do.
