I have many hotkeys attached to an application where the hotkey will toggle visibility on and off. I love this and far better having a "toggle" than two separate hotkeys. Recently, however, I wanted to have a hotkey display all of my Messaging apps and keep the lovely "toggle" functionality. Sadly it kinda breaks. Right now I have two applications for messaging (Franz and Messages): When I hit the hotkey with everything hidden, all apps appear (this is desired) One of the two receives focus and when I hit the hotkey again the one with focus hides itself but the first remains (this is not desired) Is there any way to have my toggle dream come alive? Maybe I need to do some AppleScript (something I'm completely unfamiliar with)?

Considering how much hotkey congestion there is to navigate through these days I would really love it if Alfred could support a workflow trigger that comes off the less-congested function key hotkeys. I was going to add this a feature request and then it occurred to me that maybe there was a sneaky way to do it. Can anyone point me to a solution?
